These terms apply when you use the Automate Wise website and when you engage us for services. The specific scope, deliverables, fees, and timeline for any project are set out in the individual proposal or agreement we provide before work begins; where those terms differ from this page, the proposal applies.

Our Services

We offer a no-obligation AI strategy call and build and implement custom AI systems for businesses. The strategy call is an initial consultation only and does not create any obligation on either side. The scope, deliverables, fees, and timing of any paid work are agreed with you individually after the call and set out in your engagement agreement — they are not fixed on this website.

What We Own, What You Own

Ownership of everything we deliver — including the systems we build and any prompts, configurations, and materials that come with them — is agreed per project. The AI strategy call determines scope, and the ownership and licensing terms are set out in your engagement agreement. For some engagements you own everything outright; for others we retain ownership and provide it to you under licence.

No Guarantees

Our services are provided in good faith and to a professional standard, but we don’t guarantee specific business outcomes or results. The website and its content are provided “as is” for general information.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of Queensland.
